Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. WC999 may request identity documents — such as a copy of your CNIC — before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in a delay or cancellation of the withdrawal request.
Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have met the applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus and wagering terms.
All sports bets placed on WC999 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are governed by the specific sport rules published on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules applicable to each bet type before placing a wager. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by WC999, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
WC999 reserves the right to adjust odds, suspend markets or void bets at any time if there is evidence of pricing errors, irregular betting patterns, match-related irregularities or technical issues. Bets placed on voided markets will be refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.

Game results are final once the round is completed. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned. All bonuses have an expiry date or time window during which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in the automatic removal of the bonus balance from your account. No extensions will be granted except at WC999's sole discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on WC999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

In such cases, WC999 may withhold the balance pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your WC999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any eligible balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Accounts closed at the player's request can be reopened by contacting support, subject to verification.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request self-exclusion through WC999 support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion periods are taken seriously and will not be reversed early under any circumstances.
